Connexa Sports, JuCoin sign $500M deal to launch real-world asset crypto exchange

Connexa Sports Technologies (NASDAQ:YYAI [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/YYAI]) and JuCoin Capital Pte have signed [https://seekingalpha.com/pr/20210072-connexa-and-jucoin-sign-500-million-agreement-to-launch-a-new-cryptocurrency-exchange-focused]a $500 million deal to launch aiRWA, a new cryptocurrency exchange aimed at connecting real-world assets with digital markets.

The parties have also signed a Memorandum of Understanding to launch USDR, a new stablecoin in Asia, and to co-develop innovative stablecoin infrastructure and digital asset services.

JuCoin is a player in the digital finance space, based in Singapore.
