* Lorne Park Capital Partners (TSXV:LPC:CA [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/LPC:CA]) announced on Tuesday the acquisition of 100% of the outstanding securities of 1001273791 Ontario from Gordon Archer for $1.3M.
* The acquisition consideration was agreed to be paid as follows: $520,000 on closing and $195,000 in each of January 2026, 2027, 2028, and 2029.
* The target company held ~$40M in assets under management, which are now managed by the Lorne Park subsidiary Bellwether Investment.
* Archer is set to become a Bellwether employee.
