S&P Global appoints new CEO of S&P Dow Jones Indices

* Catherine Clay will become CEO of S&P (NYSE:SPGI [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/SPGI]) Dow Jones Indices effective November 1, 2025.
* Clay succeeds Dan Draper, who will remain as Special Advisor for a transition period.
* Clay also joins the S&P DJI Board, replacing Draper in that role.
* Clay was previously EVP and Global Head of Derivatives at Cboe Global Markets.
