* Nutex Health (NASDAQ:NUTX [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/NUTX]) shares plunged ~18% on Friday after some incomplete accounting adjustments forced the healthcare management firm to push back plans to file its quarterly financial statements for the period ending June 30, 2025.
* Announcing preliminary Q2 2025 results on Thursday, Nutex (NASDAQ:NUTX [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/NUTX]) attributed the delay to non-cash accounting adjustments related to certain stock-based compensation obligations recognized for some of its expanding or under-construction hospital assets.
* The company, based in Houston, Texas, also announced a share buyback program worth up to $25M and indicated $124.9M of gross profit on a better-than-expected revenue figure of $244M as part of its unaudited financial results for Q2.
