BILL Holdings (NYSE:BILL [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/BILL]) on Wednesday turned in slightly softer-than-expected earnings guidance for the first quarter of fiscal year 2026 after posting fourth-quarter profit and sales that topped Wall Street's and its own expectations.

"Our new $300 million share repurchase program is enabled by our strong cash flow generation and reflects confidence in our strategy and in BILL as a compelling investment opportunity,” said Chief Financial Officer Rohini Jain.

For FY2026, the company sees adjusted EPS of $2.00-$2.20 (midpoint $2.10), vs. $2.18 average analyst estimate, and revenue of $1,589.5M-$1,629.5M (midpoint $1,609.5M), vs. $1.63B consensus.

BILL (NYSE:BILL [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/BILL]) shares edged up 0.4% in after-hours trading.

Non-GAAP EPS for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, of $0.53, beating the $0.41 consensus, rose from $0.50 in the three months ended March 31, 2025, and dipped from $0.57 a year earlier.

Fiscal Q4 revenue of $383.4M, vs. $376.3M expected, advanced from $358.2M in Q3 and $343.7M in last year's Q4.

“BILL delivered a strong Q4 with results ahead of guidance while deepening our market penetration,” Jain said. “We are driving growth through strategic initiatives while sharpening our focus on expanding profitability."
