Vivid Seats announces a new price guarantee program

Vivid Seats (NASDAQ:SEAT [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/SEAT]) announced a new pricing program aimed at attracting new customers. The company said its Lowest Price Guarantee initiative underscores its position as the most rewarding and value-driven app for live event fans.

The Lowest Price Guarantee program will allow live event fans to purchase tickets through the Vivid Seats (NASDAQ:SEAT [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/SEAT]) app at what the company said will be the best available price. As a key feature, if a fan finds the same ticket listed at a lower price on a qualifying competitor's site, Vivid Seats (SEAT [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/SEAT]) will match it. Eligible fans will receive 115% of the price difference in Vivid Seats (SEAT [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/SEAT]) site credit.

As the official ticketing partner of ESPN, Vivid Seats is rolling out a national integrated marketing campaign for the launch of its Lowest Price Guarantee program with the sports entertainment brand.

Vivid Seats (SEAT [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/SEAT]) CEO Stan Chia said the launch of the Lowest Price Guarantee doubles down on the company's commitment to strengthening its differentiated value proposition.

Shares of Vivid Seats (SEAT [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/SEAT]) dipped 1.6% in Thursday trading and are down more than 20% over the last six weeks. Vivid Seats (SEAT [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/SEAT]) is expected to report earnings during the first week of November.
