Cloudflare climbs as Q3 revenue surges 31% year over year

Cloudflare (NET [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/NET]) had climbed 5% during early post-market trading after the company reported its third quarter 2025 financial results.

For the quarter ended September 30, the digital security and performance company reported adjusted earnings per share of $0.27, which was more than the consensus estimate of $0.23. It reported a GAAP loss per share of $0.00 compared to the estimate calling for a loss per share of $0.07.

Revenue for the quarter totaled $562M versus the estimate of $544.95M. However, the adjusted gross margin of 75.3% was less than the estimate of 77.2%.

Looking ahead, Cloudflare projects fourth-quarter revenue ranging from $588.5M to $589.5M, which is more than the estimate of $580.9M. It expects adjusted EPS of $0.27 versus the consensus of $0.26.

For the full year, it expects total revenue to range from $2.142B to $2.143B.
