nCino jumps on earnings beat, hikes FY26 outlook

nCino (NASDAQ:NCNO [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/NCNO]) shares rose +12% premarket on Wednesday after beating earnings estimates and raising its FY26 subscription revenue forecast to $517.5 million, driven by AI platform growth.

CEO Sean Desmond announced [https://seekingalpha.com/news/4489357-ncino-raises-fiscal-2026-subscription-revenue-outlook-to-517_5m-with-ai-driven-platform]an increased full-year subscription revenue outlook of $513.5 million to $517.5 million, up from the previous range of $507 million to $511 million, reflecting 10% growth at the midpoint, or 9% in constant currency.

Orenstein added that U.S. mortgage subscription revenue is now expected to grow about 5% in fiscal 2026, up from earlier flat growth projections.

nCino's (NASDAQ:NCNO [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/NCNO]) total revenue forecast of $585.0–$589.0 million topped estimates of $581.87 million.

On AI, Desmond revealed "over 80 customers have now purchased" the Banking Advisor technology and described it as a "differentiator that helps move deals over the finish line, including being a catalyst for customers to transition to our new pricing framework."

Desmond emphasized expansion in EMEA, noting the company's first customer win in Spain and a successful go-live at ABN AMRO Bank in the Netherlands, stating, "we expect wins and more importantly, go-lives like these to precipitate more new business in our newer European markets throughout the second half of this year and beyond."

SA analyst Gary Alexander, who recommended a "buy" rating [https://seekingalpha.com/article/4816144-ncino-a-great-buy-before-earnings-as-company-tightens-its-belt] on the stock earlier this month, at the time noted that nCino's all-in-one banking platform drives major efficiency gains for clients, with proven adoption by top U.S. and European banks.

"Upcoming Q2 earnings could be a catalyst for a beat-and-raise, making now an attractive entry point for investors seeking growth," Alexander had said.
