Bengaluru, India-based digital services and consulting company Infosys (NYSE:INFY [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/INFY]) said [https://seekingalpha.com/filing/10395315] in an SEC filing on Monday that its board will consider a stock buyback proposal.
Details will be released after the September 11 board meeting.
Shares were +2.17% to $16.74 at noon.
