Gene Ludwig, former U.S. Comptroller of the Currency and author of "The Mismeasurement of America," says Treasury's support for Argentina's currency is one of the toughest calls it has to make. He tells Scarlet Fu and Katie Greifeld on "The Close" that Argentina is an important country, and keeping it stable is a sensible move.
