Dynamix to use new ticker "ETHM" ahead of merger with The Ether Machine

* Dynamix Corporation (NASDAQ:DYNX [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/DYNX]) said on Tuesday that it will change its ticker symbol of common stock on the NASDAQ exchange from “DYNX” to “ETHM”.
* In addition, the ticker symbol for its units will change from “DYNXU” to “ETHMU” and the ticker symbol for its warrants will change from “DYNXW” to “ETHMW.”
* Effective on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at market open.
* The change reflects the planned business combination with The Ether Reserve, LLC, to form The Ether Machine (“Pubco”).
* The merger is expected to close by Q4, 2025, pending shareholder and regulatory approvals, post which the combined entity will trade under "ETHM".
