Berkshire Hathaway acquires private rodent-control company

Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE:BRK.A [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/BRK.A]) (NYSE:BRK.B [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/BRK.B]) now lists Bell Laboratories, a rodent-control company based in Windsor, Wisconsin, as one [https://www.berkshirehathaway.com/subs/sublinks.html] of its operating subsidiaries.

Earlier in August, an industry publication and website, Pest Management Professional, reported that Bell Labs, a closely held company, had been purchased by Berkshire (NYSE:BRK.B [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/BRK.B]) on July 31 and that it would continue as a Berkshire unit.
