Arthur J. Gallagher acquires Old National Bancorp unit Bremer Insurance

Arthur J. Gallagher (NYSE:AJG [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/AJG]) announced [https://seekingalpha.com/pr/20226209-arthur-j-gallagher-and-co-acquires-bremer-insurance-agencies-inc] on Tuesday an acquisition of the Old National Bancorp (NASDAQ:ONB [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/ONB]) subsidiary, Bremer Insurance Agencies.

St. Paul, Minnesota-based Bremer Insurance is a property and casualty insurance broker.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
