American Heritage to buy Freightmaster Semi-Trailers

 

* American Heritage International (OTC:AHII [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/AHII]) signed an agreement [https://seekingalpha.com/pr/20231245-american-heritage-international-inc-announces-heads-of-agreement-for-the-acquisition-of] with Freightmaster Semi-Trailers to acquire the Australian Original Equipment Manufacturer.
* AHII launched a research and development initiative focused on building the critical rolling stock for roadship operations.
* Given the vast nature of the Australian landscape, the development of road trains, AHII sees the experience of Freightmaster equipment allowing for the adding of a further initiative focused on "land bridging".
