CNO Financial to buy minority stake in Janus Henderson's Victory Park Capital

Janus Henderson Group (NYSE:JHG [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/JHG]) said Wednesday that life and health insurer CNO Financial Group (NYSE:CNO [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/CNO]) will buy a minority interest in its majority-owned alternative asset manager, Victory Park Capital Advisors.

In addition, CNO (NYSE:CNO [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/CNO]) will provide a minimum of $600M in capital commitments to new and existing VPC investment strategies.

Janus Henderson (NYSE:JHG [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/JHG]) bought VPC last year in a move that expanded its private credit and institutional capabilities.

CNO (CNO [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/CNO]) manages 3.2M policies and $37.3B in total assets as of June 30, 2025.
