United States Antimony (NYSE:UAMY [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/UAMY]) announced that it has submitted a confidential, non-binding proposal to acquire [https://seekingalpha.com/pr/20271061-united-states-antimony-corporation-submits-indicative-proposal-to-acquire-100-percent-of] 100% of Larvotto Resources Limited through an Australian scheme of arrangement.

The offer is structured as a share-for-share transaction, with Larvotto shareholders receiving a total of six UAMY shares for every 100 Larvotto shares, representing a significant premium over Larvotto's recent market performance.

The bid aims to consolidate the companies' critical minerals and antimony production capabilities.

The transaction is conditional upon securing a final agreement and all necessary approvals.
