* Additionally, the company said that Brian Dalton has committed to a minimum five-year extension of his contract to serve as CEO.
* The company also said that Chad Wells, Vice President - Corporate Development (Project Generation) will be retiring effective today.
* John Baker, who has served as a director since its founding, and Executive Chairman since 2014, has stepped down from the board and has been appointed President of the corporation, said the company.
* The company said Fred Mifflin, current lead independent director, assumed the role of independent chair of the board, while Flora Wood, VP of Investor Relations & Sustainability, has added the corporate secretary role to her responsibilities.
* Each of the retirees will remain in an advisory role to assist with succession planning and business activities, highlighted the company.
