UK's GDP expands 1.4% in Q3, industrial production slumps

* GDP in the UK expanded 1.30% in Q3 over the same quarter of the previous year, lower than 1.4% in Q2, and missing estimates of 1.4% expansion. Q/Q GDP grew 0.1% in Q3.
* Industrial production in the UK decreased 2% in September, much lower than estimates of 0.2%.
* The trade in goods deficit widened by £3.0 billion to £59.6 billion in Q3, while the trade in services surplus is estimated to have widened by £0.2 billion to £54.0 billion.
