Argentina Lithium enters into amendment to Amelia option agreement

* Argentina Lithium & Energy (LIT:CA [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/LIT:CA]) (OTCQX:LILIF [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/LILIF]) has entered [https://seekingalpha.com/pr/20199126-argentina-lithium-enters-into-amendment-to-amelia-option-agreement] into an amendment to a previously announced option agreement.
* The Fourth Addendum sets the value of the Option Shares to be issued pursuant to the Amelia Option Agreement. 
* In addition, ALE must invest $2,000,000 in the Amelia Properties during the calendar year 2026 and $4,000,000 during the calendar year 2027.
