Centrus prices upsized private zero-coupon convertible senior notes

* Centrus Energy (NYSE:LEU [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/LEU]) priced [https://seekingalpha.com/pr/20200463-centrus-announces-pricing-of-oversubscribed-and-upsized-private-offering-of-zero-coupon] $700 million aggregate principal amount of 0% convertible senior notes due 2032 in an upsized private offering to qualified institutional buyers.
* The aggregate principal amount of the offering was increased from the previously announced offering size of $650 million.
* Initial purchasers have an option to purchase have an option to buy up to an additional $105 million aggregate principal amount of the notes.
* The sale of the notes to the initial purchasers is expected to settle on August 18, 2025.
* Centrus (NYSE:LEU [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/LEU])estimates that the net proceeds will be approximately $680.0 million.
* The stock price traded 1.4% lower on Thursday during pre-market hours of trading.
