Friday Sector Laggards: Grocery & Drug Stores, Food Stocks

In trading on Friday, grocery & drug stores shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 0.8%. Helping drag down the group were shares of Krispy Kreme, down about 6% and shares of Jack in the Box down about 3.3% on the day.

Also lagging the market Friday are food shares, down on the day by about 0.4% as a group, led down by Beyond Meat, trading lower by about 9.2% and Tootsie Roll Industries, trading lower by about 4%.
