Comstock drops 12%, prices $30M offering at $2.25

* Comstock (NYSE:LODE [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/LODE]) announced [https://seekingalpha.com/pr/20198898-comstock-prices-30-million-upsized-and-oversubscribed-public-offering-of-common-stock] an underwritten public offering of ~13.33M shares at $2.25 per share.
* The gross proceeds are expected to be ~$30M.
* The company has granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2M shares.
* Net proceeds will be used for capital expenditures associated with commercializing its first industry-scale facility for Comstock Metals, development expenses, and general corporate purposes, including the payment of existing indebtedness.
* The offering is expected to close on August 14, 2025.
