ProFrac slides after pricing $75M stock offering

* ProFrac (NASDAQ:ACDC [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/ACDC]) priced [https://seekingalpha.com/pr/20198969-profrac-holding-corp-announces-pricing-of-public-offering-of-class-a-common-stock]its public offering of 18.75 million Class A shares at $4.00 each, aiming to raise about $75 million before expenses.
* Underwriters have a 30-day option to buy up to an additional $11.25 million in shares. The offering is expected to close around August 14, 2025.
* ProFrac plans to use the proceeds to pay down debt, fund potential investments, and for general corporate purposes.
* ACDC -28.8% premarket on Wednesday.
