Charter Communications prices $2B senior secured notes

* Charter Communications (NASDAQ:CHTR [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/CHTR]) said that [https://seekingalpha.com/pr/20204385-charter-prices-2_0-billion-senior-secured-notes] its subsidiaries, Charter Communications Operating and Charter Communications Operating Capital priced $2B in aggregate principal amount of notes consisting of $1.25B and $750M senior secured notes.
* The $1.25B aggregate principal senior secured notes due 2035 will bear interest at 5.850% per annum and will be issued at a price of 99.932% of the aggregate principal amount.
* The $750M in aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes due 2055 will bear interest at 6.700% per annum and will be issued at a price of 99.832% of the aggregate principal amount.
* The net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including to repay certain indebtedness, to fund potential buybacks of stock and to pay related fees and expenses.
* The company expects to close the offering of the notes on September 2, 2025.
