Analysts lift Nvidia price targets after GTC

Investing.com -- Nvidia shares drew a wave of price target increases following the company’s GTC conference in Washington, as analysts highlighted persistent demand for AI compute and long-term revenue visibility.

Bank of America’s Vivek Arya raised the bank’s price target for NVDA to $275 from $235, reiterating it as a “top pick” after meeting with Chief Financial Officer Colette Kress.

The analyst said he saw “solid visibility” into calendar years 2025 and 2026, backed by “$0.5 trillion in orders at conservative $25 billion per gigawatt,” and sufficient supply to ship over 10 million Blackwell and Rubin GPUs.

BofA added that valuation “remains compelling,” given NVIDIA trades at “less than 1x its earnings growth rate” compared with peers.

Melius Research lifted its target to $300 from $275, with analyst Ben Reitzes saying he felt “even better about long-term prospects” and now sees “a glide path to $800 billion-plus in revenues by the end of the decade.”

He cited NVIDIA’s positioning with “two enormous customers,” Microsoft and OpenAI, as helping sustain growth.

DA Davidson’s Gil Luria also reiterated a Buy rating and raised the target for the stock to $250, saying “demand remains persistent.”

The analyst stated that the market continues to “discount upside to data center revenue through FY2026," while it also "may be underestimating the insatiable demand for compute."

"Management stated that they expect the Blackwell/Rubin generations in 2025/26 to generate $500B of revenue off of 20M GPUs sold, with 6M GPUs already shipped, with consensus estimating data center revenue through that time period at approximately $366B; guidance that’s now ~37% above where consensus is," stated DA Davidson.
