* Shawn C. Fabry has been appointed Executive Vice President and CFO of the company. Shawn led our corporate development team through the recent successful acquisition of Weener Packaging. He brings a profound understanding of the unique aspects of each of our businesses and our value creation model.
* Kimberly I. Ulmer has been elected Senior Vice President and CAO of the company. Ulmer, with her more than twenty years of experience, will continue to lead and oversee our accounting and consolidated corporate functions in her new role.
* Alexander G. Hutter has been elected Senior Vice President, strategy and investor relations of the company. Hutter continues to expand his areas of responsibility by leading our strategy and corporate development teams.
* Robert B. Lewis has announced his retirement from his role as Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Administration of the company, effective March 31, 2026.
* However, Lewis will continue to serve as a Director on the company’s Board of Directors.
