Kentucky First Federal Bancorp announces management transition

* Kentucky First Federal Bancorp (NASDAQ:KFFB [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/KFFB]) on Wednesday said that its Boards of Directors have appointed R. Clay Hulette as Chief Executive Officer of the Company and as President and Chief Executive Officer of First Federal Savings Bank of Kentucky.
* The appointments are pending regulatory approval. In the interim, Hulette will serve as President and CEO of First Federal Savings Bank of Kentucky.
* Hulette, who retired in January 2024 after serving as CFO since the Company’s inception in 2005, returns to lead the Company and Bank. He has a long history with First Federal Savings Bank, having served as President from 2007 to 2013 and Frankfort Area President from 2013 to 2024.
* Don D. Jennings has been appointed Director of Operations for First Federal Savings Bank of Kentucky while continuing his roles as President of the Company and Chairman of the Board of First Federal Savings Bank of Kentucky.
