Soroban Capital acquired new positions in Meta Platforms (NASDAQ:META [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/META]) and CDW (CDW [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/CDW]), closed out its holdings in CoStar Group (NASDAQ:CSGP [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/CSGP]), and increased its stakes in Amazon (AMZN [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/AMZN]), American Electric Power (AEP [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/AEP]), and Ferguson Enterprises (FERG [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/FERG]), during Q2 2025, according to its 13F filing on Thursday.

The firm acquired 574K shares of Meta Platforms (NASDAQ:META [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/META]) valued at $423.7M at June 30, 2025, 1.48M shares of CDW (CDW [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/CDW]) ($264.7M), and 15.6K shares of Transdigm Group (TDG [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/TDG]) ($23.7M).

It divested 1.05M shares of CoStar Group (NASDAQ:CSGP [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/CSGP]) during the quarter, its only full divestment in the quarter.

The company added to its holdings of Amazon (AMZN [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/AMZN]) to 4.80M shares ($1.05B) from 1.77M shares, American Electric Power (AEP [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/AEP]) to 4.00M shares ($415.5M) from 1.45M shares, and Ferguson Enterprises (FERG [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/FERG]) to 3.71M shares ($806.8M) from 3.60M shares.

It reduced holdings in Alphabet (GOOGL [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/GOOGL]) class A shares to 1.26M shares ($221.6M) from 1.92M shares, WEC Energy (WEC [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/WEC]) to 328K shares ($34.2M) from 877K shares, and DTE Energy (DTE [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/DTE]) to ~918K shares ($121.6M) from 1.20M shares, according to the filing.
