Trullion, an AI-powered accounting platform, has appointed Arthur "Artie" Minson as the new chief executive officer (CEO).

Minson, who has been an investor and advisor to Trullion for more than five years, will now lead the company in collaboration with Isaac Heller, the new president, and the rest of the team.

Minson and Heller's joint efforts will focus on enhancing the efficiency of professionals in finance, accounting, and auditing through Trullion's AI products.

In his new role, Heller will concentrate on the development of new products and the cultivation of partnerships within the audit, accounting and technology systems.

He will also maintain his position as the board chair.

Minson will be responsible for managing business operations, including legal, finance, human resources, marketing, sales, customer success and communications.

He served as president and co-CEO at WeWork, and as CFO at Time Warner Cable, where he was instrumental in the company's acquisition by Charter Communications.

At AOL, he contributed to the company's return to growth as CFO and COO.

His most recent role was as president and CEO of LeafLink.

Minson's professional journey began at EY, where he qualified as a CPA.

Minson said: “I've seen firsthand how Trullion is accelerating operationally and financially and I'm honoured to be CEO for this exciting next phase of growth. As Trullion comes off its best quarterly performance in its history, I am incredibly excited to be partnering with Isaac as we double down on transforming the accounting and audit industry.”

Since its inception in 2019, Trullion has developed a range of AI-powered accounting solutions and now caters to a client base that includes more than 3,000 companies globally.

In May 2025, Trullion introduced Trulli, an AI assistant aimed at aiding accountants with workflow automation, document analysis, and policy interpretation, thereby simplifying complex accounting processes.
