TeraWulf prices $3.2B offering of senior secured notes

* TeraWulf (NASDAQ:WULF [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/WULF]) on Thursday said its unit WULF Compute LLC priced a $3.2 billion offering of 7.75% senior secured notes due 2030 at par.

The private placement, expected to close on Oct. 23, will be sold to qualified institutional buyers under Rule 144A.

* The company said proceeds will fund part of a data center expansion at its Lake Mariner campus in Barker, New York.
* The notes will be guaranteed by several subsidiaries and secured by first-priority liens on substantially all assets of WULF Compute and its guarantors.
* WULF +0.54% after hours to $13.93.
