Snowflake reaffirms revenue guidance for Q3, FY26

Snowflake (NYSE:SNOW [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/SNOW]) has reaffirmed its revenue guidance for the third quarter and FY26 after an executive officer of the company made certain statements regarding its future results in an interview Oct. 26.

The interview was posted by an Instagram account named “theschoolofhardknockz” and on related platforms. "The officer is not a designated spokesperson authorized to disclose financial information on behalf of the company so investors should not rely upon such statements," Snowflake said in a regulatory 8-K filing [https://seekingalpha.com/filing/10559755].

The original revenue guidance was issued on Aug. 27. On a GAAP basis, the firm expects product revenue of $1,125 million - $1,130 million (consensus estimate [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/SNOW/earnings/estimates?period=quarterly]: $1.18B) for the third quarter. For full-year fiscal 2026, product revenue is estimated to be $4,395 million (estimate: $4.61B).
