CEO Charles Liang said the company is managing record orders, including $13 billion in backlogs tied to NVIDIA's new Blackwell Ultra GPUs. Production delays in the September quarter shifted about $1.5 billion in revenue to the current quarter, but Liang said Super Micro remains on track for a strong year, expecting $10.5 billion in shipments for the December quarter.

While revenue is rising, margins are under pressure due to the complexity and cost of new large-scale rack systems. CFO David Weigand said gross margins fell 300 basis points, reflecting heavy investments in engineering and new customer deployments.
