Blackstone mulls sale of $1.4B Spanish rental portfolio - report

Blackstone (NYSE:BX [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/BX]) is considering selling a Spanish rental portfolio worth about €1.2B ($1.4B) of homes, according to a media report published Friday.

The private equity giant got Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/JLL]) and Eastdil Secured LLC to advise on the potential sale, Bloomberg reported, citing people with knowledge of the process.

Fidere Patrimonio Socimi SA, part of Blackstone (NYSE:BX [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/BX]), oversees the properties, the people said [https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2025-09-12/blackstone-weighs-sale-of-1-2-billion-spanish-housing-portfolio], adding the companies plan to keep control of the management platform.

Elsewhere in Europe, Blackstone (BX [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/BX]) recently acquired [https://seekingalpha.com/news/4491515-blackstone-buys-819-million-worth-trophy-office-in-central-paris] a "trophy" office building in central Paris for about €700M.

Blackstone and JLL did not immediately respond to Seeking Alpha's request for comment.
