Marex Group to acquire Valcourt

* Marex Group (NASDAQ:MRX [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/MRX]) has agreed to acquire Valcourt SA, a fixed-income market maker based in Geneva, Switzerland.
* The deal is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close in the first half of 2026.
