First up, Penn Entertainment. Disney calling it quits with the company as its sports betting partner. Disney said it was terminating its agreement with Penn Entertainment years earlier than planned.

It's now chosen DraftKings as its official partner. ESPN inked its previous deal with Penn in 2023.

And Disney had made clear in the past that it would never take bets directly, making a partnership the only viable path for ESPN to get into the online sports gambling industry. We see Penn down about 4%, DraftKings gaining about two.

Next up, Metsara. Shares jumping after a judge denied Pfizer's request to block Novo Nordisk's bid for the company. Novo Nordisk has boosted its offer for the obesity startup to $10 billion.

According to the Financial Times, Pfizer has matched Novo's offer for the company. Novo said it agreed with the court's decision and that its bid is in the best interest of Metsara's shareholders. Pfizer said the court's decision fails to address the legal issues that the company had raised.

And finally, Boeing, avoiding a criminal charge over two fatal 737 Max crashes after a federal judge paved the way for a $1.1 billion settlement agreement.

The judge granted a request from the Justice Department to dismiss its criminal case against Boeing. The deal requires the planemaker to pay fines and to compensate family members of crash victims.
