Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you will be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan. No credit card required. You can explore all Pro features during the trial period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and bank transfers for annual plans. Hong Kong FPS is also supported.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes, annual plans come with a 20% discount. Pro annual is HK$2,870/year (saves HK$718) and Master annual is HK$5,750/year (saves HK$1,438).
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your saved strategies, watchlists, and reports remain accessible in read-only mode for 30 days after cancellation. You can export everything during that period.
